I traveled to Thailand for nearly two months and realized that some of the cities and villages in various countries I had visited in recent years shared certain common characteristics. Without written symbols, it would be impossible to identify these places.
Thus, I imagined a city and wrote a story about the animals in this city, mixing elements from all the places I had previously visited.
I created every corner of this city using photographs. The story is presented with video serving as subtitles, resulting in a silent narrative short film.


去了泰國旅行近兩個月，發覺這幾年去過的一些國家的城市和鄉村有著一些共同特質，只要沒有文字符號就無法辨認是什麼地方。
於是，我想像一個城市，寫了一個關於這城市的動物的故事，混雜了我之前去的所有地方。
我用照片製造這城市的每個角落，故事則用錄像當作字幕，一個無聲的敘事短片。

“We brought you into this world without creating an ideal living environment for you.” the father said.
“But you are young, and you can create a beautiful new world according to your ideals.” he added.
